Took my car in for battery replacement and Nick made the process smooth and hassle free. The biggest thing that I observed here is that they treat your car like their own so they are looking out for the customer compared to other shop and that is huge because if I wanted to take my car in I want to make sure they do not do half ass job. He even told me what other problems that other shop was not able to detect and I am glad that I found this shop and will definitely to bring my car back for other services. You get what you pay for so if you want good quality service with attention to detail then this is the place to go.

I talked with Jon about a common problem with the balance cam sprocket on the 2006-2007 E350s. The sprocket had worn down and the dealer wanted $8000 to fix it (poor design by Mercedes). Although Jon, at the Mobile Mercedes Doctor, did not repair the car, he spent quite a bit of time explaining the exact problem and gave me great advice on how to proceed with the repair options. Many thanks to Jon for his expert advice and help!!

First time here and Jon the owner/master tech prove to me he are serious about his business. Great communication, great prices and easy to deal with. His tech Nick knew exactly what I needed and was quick to finish the job.

Great mechanics, honest work, excellent pricing. They communicate through the entire process and even have free loaner cars while you wait for your chariot to be completed. They use genuine oem parts and thier hourly labor is half that of the dealership.

Jon is very knowledgable, kind, and generous. I have been having a problem getting my old Mercedes to respond to a smog test. What a nightmare. I never received much help from anyone I have called, eiither they didn't want to discuss it or did not know what to do. Jon spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining and helping me find the solution. I am so grateful for this help.. I will take my car to him from now on ...not to mention love that he can come to your place to fix! Awesome!

Jon is the BEST! I've been seeing him for almost 4 years, and could not be happier. I contacted Jon for help after seeing such high ratings here on Yelp, and he deserves more than 5 stars! I had a problem with my 1998 Mercedes c230z. Jon kindly took the time to text and call me and he was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. He then proceeded to tell me what my options were in terms of cost wise and offered further help/advice when I visit the dealership for my problem.
