Jon really knows his Mercedes. He was knowledgable, on time, and got my car fixed quickly without me having to worry about getting it towed to the dealership, which is value in and of itself. Even waived the service fee. Would definitely recommend.

When Jon pulls up, you know two things: he's there's to work hard, and he's going to get it fixed. In extreme cases he's come out when the dealership laughed at my scenario, and even on a holiday. Always friendly, straightforward, down to earth, and honest, his "bedside manner" goes as deep as you need. I've been saved from stranded on two New Years' days and the strangest problems, but he'd got all the resources. Even showed things that didn't need fixing so I'd save money.You can't go wrong, which is a great feeling when our jobs, family's commitments, and just getting around are interrupted. Clear, fast, fair, and fun. Highest recommendation.

Jon is a wonderful person. He is extremely knowledgable and helpful. My SL500 wasn't starting and over the phone Jon diagnosed the problem as most likely a bad key fob. Jon gave me the recalibration code after I replaced my key free of charge and even checked in with me a few days later. Thanks for all the help Jon.

I am so excited that I finally found THE mechanic to work on my vehicle. I first called Jon to replace a headlamp bulb. Since he lives close by, he came over at the end of the day and replaced my bulb and also gave a visual inspection of the vitals --- brakes, fluid levels, tires --- all at no charge! I have since used him for a 60,000 mile service and he provided excellent service, with extreme attention to detail. He is a master mechanic who is honest, hard working, and very skilled. I am so happy I have finally found THE mechanic who I can trust my vehicle to each time! Thank you Jon.
